This room is good for up to two to four (family room) persons and is fit for medium sized office spaces. This room also includes kitchenware.

Two Bedroom condo
Php 30,000 per month excluding electricity charges
Php 15,000 Incidental Deposit charge (refunded at check-out)

This room is good for up to four persons and is fit for larger office spaces. This room also includes kitchenware.

Monthly Rate Conditions

  • Monthly rates do not yet include electricity charge

  • Monthly rates do not include breakfast.

  • Housekeeping for monthly clients is twice per week. (with or without permission) This includes bed cover & toiletries replacement.

  • Rooms include all the said amenities as read from their corresponding room pages. Such air-conditioner, television set, refrigerator, & safety deposit box.

  • Complimentary use of Swimming Pool. Please review pool conditions
